497,652 square feet, nine story building, including 2 levels of parking, an auditorium, and a coffee bar. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2011 and will be LEED certified.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES: Identification of all existing dry utility systems located on and adjacent to the project site. Design of all dry utility systems, including the removal, relocation, and new services to the project.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Working with the City’s Engineering and Legal Departments, PCG developed strategies which absolved the project from being financially responsible for the cost of removing and relocating existing dry utility systems, saving the project over $ 500,000.00.
